These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the fivestarcleanpa.com website and the services provided by Five Star Clean LLC (“Five Star Clean,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website, requesting an estimate, or booking our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Our Services
Five Star Clean provides residential and commercial cleaning, carpet care, interior painting, and minor drywall repair services in State College, PA and surrounding Central Pennsylvania communities. All services are subject to availability and confirmation of scheduling.
Estimates and Quotes
Estimates are provided free of charge and are based on the information you provide and, where applicable, an onsite evaluation. An estimate is not a guarantee of final price. If the scope of work differs from what was described or evaluated, we will discuss any price adjustments with you before proceeding.
Scheduling, Cancellations, and Access
- Appointments are scheduled at a mutually agreed date and time.
- If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or lockouts (where our team arrives and cannot access the property) may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time, including any keys, codes, or entry instructions.
- Please secure pets and remove or disclose any fragile, valuable, or sensitive items before service.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in writing. Recurring and commercial accounts may be invoiced according to their service agreement. Past-due balances may result in paused service until the account is current.
Referral Program
From time to time we offer referral credits, such as $25 off for a new customer and $25 off for the person who referred them. Referral credits have no cash value, apply to services only, and may be modified or discontinued at any time. The referral must be mentioned at the time of booking to qualify.
Satisfaction and Service Issues
We take pride in our work. If something was missed or you are not satisfied with a completed service, contact us within 48 hours and we will work with you to make it right.
Liability
- We are insured and take reasonable care in every home and business we service.
- Report any damage claim to us within 48 hours of service so we can address it promptly.
- We are not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, improperly installed or deteriorated fixtures and surfaces, or items not disclosed to us before service.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services or this website is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim.
Website Use
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to interfere with the website’s operation, submit false information through our forms, or use automated tools to scrape or copy site content.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, photos, logos, and graphics, is the property of Five Star Clean LLC or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
